Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain system configuration and enforce IT system standards for physical and virtualized environments.
  • •Administer and troubleshoot infrastructure, applications, network, and client OS security; remediate vulnerabilities.
  • •Manage client machine imaging and lifecycle, including upgrades, patching, and scheduling automation tasks.
  • •Monitor system performance and availability, handle outages, and collaborate on network optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in computer or business-related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year in systems infrastructure support for a medium enterprise base.
  • •Minimum 1 year Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop experience.
  • •Experience with Microsoft SCCM, Intune, M365, and Entra ID.
  • •Experience with DNS, DHCP, network backup and recovery, inventory, anti-virus, lifecycle management, and scripting.
