Principal Commercial Underwriter (Full Time) - SB Greenway

Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative credit analysis and underwriting for commercial loan requests. Partner with commercial lending officers to evaluate risks for new and existing client relationships and design loan structures aligned with policy. Prepare in-depth written credit memorandums and presentations for loan approval authorities, including the loan committee. Identify high-risk credit situations, take appropriate actions, and mentor junior analysts.
