Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, knowledgeable manner
  • •Greet guests, respond to menu and wine list questions, and make daily specials recommendations
  • •Take and communicate orders to the kitchen and/or bar via a Micros terminal
  • •Check orders prior to serving, deliver items to tables, and resolve guest concerns with a positive attitude
  • •Prepare guest checks, process payments, and perform opening/running/closing duties while maintaining safety and sanitation standards
