Mechanical Engineer III — Engineering Solutions & Process Enablement

Use strong mechanical engineering fundamentals to identify high-friction engineering workflows and turn them into scalable solutions for design, manufacturing, and sustainment teams. Build, document, and roll out process improvements, apply root-cause/CI methods to ambiguous problems, and measure impact via cycle time, rework, and efficiency. Communicate crisply across groups and act as a senior technical resource to help standardize and scale how engineering gets work done.
