Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to cGMP principles, follow safety regulations, and maintain compliance across production operations.
  • •Organize and run production activities by operating and monitoring machines (RMG, FBD, Multimill, Sifter, Compression, Coating) per SOP.
  • •Prepare and verify materials, weigh and record dispensing information, and calculate/prepare coating solutions from master instructions.
  • •Set up, start up, and shut down equipment as per the production plan while keeping equipment/process parameters within specified limits.
  • •Complete logbooks and in-process documentation, label containers correctly, and report deviations or abnormality immediately to the supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical Diploma or minimum Intermediate (12th standard or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in OSD manufacturing area (granulation, compression, or coating).
  • •Good command in English (communicating, writing, and speaking).
  • •Functional knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and understanding of operation process.
  • •Advanced knowledge of cGMP principles and packaging machines/process.
