Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and/or exceed sales goals in the assigned territory by developing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
•Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Encaleret.
•Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions utilizing approved materials in a customer-centric way.
•Analyze sales and targeting data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern in the territory.
•Be responsible for territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8-10 years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry
•4+ years in Endocrine Disease and/or Nephrology; Rare disease experience preferred
•Product/indication launch experience with a track record of launching new products/indications
•BS/BA required (MBA preferred but not required)
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
