Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety for employees working in low, medium, and high voltage environments by developing and deploying safety programs and maintaining compliance.
  • •Drive top-line sales and bottom-line profit by acting as sales and marketing agent with sales and operations management and identifying prospective new customers.
  • •Create accurate profit plans and monthly forecasts; handle budgeting, procurement of capital equipment, sales quote execution, cost control, subcontractors, inventory management, receivables, and backlog/project turnover.
  • •Recruit, assess talent, train and develop staff, set goals, conduct performance appraisals, and ensure retention through leadership and direction.
  • •Manage and develop a leadership team of diverse, dispersed field-based electronics technicians and deploy product/process improvement initiatives and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR at least 5 years electrical/electronic field service expertise (with ability to enroll in a bachelor’s program post-offer).
  • •Minimum of five (5) years electrical/electronic field service expertise.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years of people leadership experience (or five (5) years of large technical project leadership).
  • •Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
