Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, load, unload, and retrieve materials according to company safety policies.
  • •Perform routine forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks.
  • •Transport materials throughout the facility, including to and from trucks, pallets, and storage locations.
  • •Verify delivery accuracy and inspect materials for damage.
  • •Complete inventory transactions accurately and timely using the MRP system, including required cycle counts, and dispose of scrap materials (excluding metals) per procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum of 6 months of experience operating a PIT (Powered Industrial Truck, i.e. forklift).
  • •Be flexible and open to changes in processes or tasks.
  • •Relocation is not being offered; only candidates living within a 50-mile radius of Hodges, SC will be considered.
