Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide account teams and customers on optimal use of the Splunk Platform and overall technical health recommendations.
  • •Deliver onboarding enablement workshops and achieve success milestones.
  • •Proactively assess account health, including telemetry risk signals and renewals about 6 months out.
  • •Provide strategic, case-based technical consulting (up to 90 days) and solve complex technical problems through research.
  • •Lead internal projects to evolve the business (VRP, AI initiatives, and new frameworks) and improve practice KPIs via process and tooling updates.

Key Requirements
