Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate fan room equipment to start/stop chillers and maintain cooling towers, pumps, and fans.
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair complex automated systems (CCN and EMS), including making configuration changes.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and calibrations on pneumatic/electronic controls and HVAC equipment (valves, chilled water pumps, chillers, heaters).
  • •Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/refrigeration equipment components, including electrical/electronic components, compressors, motors, and relays.
  • •Inspect equipment rooms, maintain recovery equipment/refrigerant usage, and comply with environmental and safety regulations while supporting lower-graded employees.

Key Requirements

  • •HS Diploma or GED.
  • •Two (2) years’ trade school experience.
  • •Current #608 EPA Universal Certification.
  • •Must obtain one of: NATE Certification, Journeymen Status, or an Associates degree in HVAC/R.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
