Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the monthly demand planning cycle using the IBP process, ensuring timely, accurate forecasts at SKU/category/channel levels.
  • •Analyze sales trends, market intelligence, promotional plans, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy and partner with commercial teams to incorporate insights.
  • •Facilitate the Demand Review step of IBP, driving cross-functional alignment with Supply Planning, Finance, and Marketing.
  • •Collaborate with Supply Planning to ensure demand signals translate into production plans within Kinaxis, monitoring production plans against SLoB and NWc targets.
  • •Champion Kinaxis and SAP IBP usage and lead local/regional planning transformation projects while ensuring data integrity and leading the planning team.
