Lead a cross-disciplinary team in the integration, testing, and field deployment of advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. Manage integration and verification activities across the product lifecycle, develop signal processing algorithms, and apply MBSE/Agile methods to deliver secure, combat-ready EW capabilities from lab to customer.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the integration and test team through all phases of the product lifecycle.
•Lead the planning and execution of Integration, Verification and Troubleshoot Test activities in labs and in the field.
•Provide technical guidance and support to Engineering Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs).
•Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges in signal processing design.
•Create or modify existing electronic warfare signal processing and control algorithms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 8+ years of relevant systems engineering experience
•Experience troubleshooting electronics with common test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)
•Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
