Job Summary

The Process Excellence Analyst analyzes and designs business processes to boost efficiency, quality, and customer experience, owning SOP development and governance to ensure standardized, auditable, and scalable procedures across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to translate improved designs into clear SOPs and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, defects, and non-value-added activities.
•Develop current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) process maps using standard BPM tools.
•Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase process standardization.
•Establish process KPIs and baseline metrics to measure improvement and ensure sustainability of changes.
•Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and frontline teams to drive adoption of improvements.

Key Requirements

•Experience in process improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
•Ability to map current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) processes.
•Develop clear SOPs, work instructions, and reference guides.
•Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
•Analytical mindset with ability to present findings to senior leadership.
