•Business Analysis & Requirement Structuring: Work with business teams to document processes, pain points, and opportunity areas; translate business needs into structured functional requirements and solution outlines.
•Solution Design & Prototyping: Design and build MVPs using low-code/no-code platforms, automation tools, dashboards, or workflow systems; develop proofs-of-concept for scaling.
•Scalability & Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs related to adoption, performance, cost savings, automation rates, and ROI; monitor scalability indicators and flag bottlenecks early.
•Process Optimization: Map and optimize workflows to eliminate inefficiencies; apply structured problem-solving methodologies and recommend data-supported improvements.
•Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Extract and analyze operational and commercial data; use data to validate impact of implemented solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
•Strong understanding of business process mapping and optimization.
•Strong knowledge of low-code / no-code solution development.
•Exposure to low-code/no-code tools, workflow automation platforms, or data visualization tools.
•3–6 years of experience in business analysis, solution analysis, digital transformation, or technology-enabled operations.
