Job Summary

Lead CAPEX projects for process and infrastructure facilities, driving planning, project organization, and status reporting from concept through delivery. Coordinate with external service providers, prepare layouts and R&I/EMS R-related planning documents, and secure regulatory approvals. Manage budgeting and business case inputs with internal stakeholders, run tendering and supplier evaluation, oversee cost/timing during realization, and support installation commissioning and acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage renovation and new-build projects for process and infrastructure facilities.
•Execute project management including building project organization, moderating meetings, creating schedules, and collecting status reports.
•Develop planning documents (layouts, R&I, functional descriptions, EMSR lists) with external service providers and obtain regulatory approvals.
•Create budgeting and application inputs with internal stakeholders (business case, cost breakdown, timing).
•Run procurement activities including tendering, supplier evaluation, contract negotiations with procurement, order processing, and oversight of cost and schedule during realization through commissioning and acceptance.

Key Requirements

•Technical education and further training at tertiary level in process engineering, plant construction, food technology, brewing, or comparable areas.
•Demonstrated experience in project management.
•Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, commitment, and above-average engagement.
•Proactive handling of complex tasks and working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
•Good German and English skills (spoken and written).
