Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and review robust packaging solutions from manufacturer partners, collaborating on design review, validation, problem solving, project management, and risk mitigation.
  • •Plan and manage the graphic development schedule, including asset readiness, artwork creation, and printing production aligned with the business plan.
  • •Ensure artworks comply with print specifications, regulatory requirements, and guidelines; validate outputs and direct manufacturers to maintain print quality.
  • •Lead end-to-end integration of packaging, graphic design, and print production, proactively managing milestones and critical tasks for on-time delivery.
  • •Provide RFP/RFQ/MSA/SOW subject matter expertise, maintain documentation on specifications and iterations, and stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of packaging and graphic designer work experience managing packaging graphic development projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of color systems and printing processes, including Flexo/Litho/Digital printing.
  • •Strong project management skills to plan schedules and deliver timely, high-quality outputs.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in graphic, industrial design, or packaging field, with experience setting up imagery and text.
