Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain uptime and perform hands-on maintenance of fab processing equipment including evaporators, coat/develop tracks, Ashers, sputter, and wet/dry etch tools.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems such as pumps, bulk fill systems, T/H units, and power supplies.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues using technical manuals and system knowledge.
  • •Triage and repair equipment based on priority and operational needs.
  • •Support the Emergency Response Team (ERT) as needed.
