Job Summary

Lead the development and sustainment of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Wood Products Canada, championing CMMS performance and operational excellence. Coordinate EAM platform work using Octave Attune EAM, manage sustainment activities with the North American EAM team, and serve as the point of contact for EAM integration issues. Build mill standards, reporting, work instructions, onboarding/training, KPI reporting, and support condition monitoring system sustainment.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate CMMS development and sustainment using Octave Attune EAM for Wood Products Canada.
•Manage the EAM platform with IT and act as the point of contact for EAM integration issues with other systems.
•Coordinate mill standards, procedures, reporting, protocols, standardization, and EAM policies.
•Create Cognos reports/grids and develop work instructions for EAM tasks, including onboarding and training.
•Create and report standardized KPIs and assist with sustainment of a condition monitoring system (Augury).

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting systems, training, documentation, and action tracking.
•Experience with MS Office, Excel, Power BI, and CMMS platforms like EAM.
•Maintenance background and/or Manufacturing Industry experience are assets.
•Trade Certification and/or Post Secondary Diploma/Degree in related field are assets.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment, and well organized with the ability to work independently.
