Job Summary

Lead the design, modernization, and integration of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Serve as the bridge between IT and OT to connect shop-floor machinery with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and custom ERPs. Architect and develop MES modules in .NET/C#, modernize legacy VB.NET/ASP apps, build robust API/Web Services integrations, optimize database performance with T-SQL, and provide tier-3 on-call support for production stability.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and build advanced MES modules using C# and .NET.
•Modernize and migrate legacy VB.NET and ASP applications into modern .NET frameworks.
•Design integration layers connecting MES to ERP (SAP/Oracle), SCADA, PLCs, and WMS via APIs and Web Services.
•Develop software for OT/IT convergence including real-time data collection through OPC servers.
•Optimize complex SQL (T-SQL), stored procedures, and triggers; provide tier-3 on-call support for critical production issues.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of object-oriented programming focused on C# and VB.NET.
•5+ years working in discrete or continuous manufacturing with deep MES workflow and batch processing knowledge.
•Expert-level database skills with MS SQL Server plus SSIS/SSRS and/or Oracle.
•Hands-on integration experience with OPC DA/UA, REST/SOAP APIs, MSMQ, and connecting MES to ERP systems.
•Experience with Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD environments.
