Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and evaluate operating/equipment data to make online adjustments and keep processes optimized for efficiency and quality.
  • •Run production lots in a qualitative manner and maintain the highest standards throughout the production process.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, manage spare parts, and support ongoing production operations.
  • •Lead improvement processes and address nonstandard events while regularly reviewing technological health and system stability for uninterrupted operations.
  • •Set up, calibrate, and conduct preventative maintenance; collaborate with Module Engineering on experiments and equipment configuration changes while participating in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in a STEM field, or a High School Diploma/GED plus 1+ year technical/trade certification.
  • •High School Diploma/GED or higher plus 1.5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience, or 1.5+ years of military technical experience.
  • •1+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or a closely related technical field.
  • •6+ months of electronics equipment troubleshooting, installation/repair, and operation of semiconductor manufacturing technology.
  • •6+ months of ERT training and certification; Bachelor’s degree in a STEM degree is preferred.
