Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy administration while ensuring compliance.
  • •Administer training and employee development programs, including supervisor training and development initiatives.
  • •Support performance management through guidance to managers and supervisors, job profile competencies, training coordination, and program compliance/auditing.
  • •Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on work development plans (WDP) for NANA Shareholders and coordinate related reporting.
  • •Support employee relations matters (HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations) and complete personnel reporting/audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline preferred (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •3+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to employee relations, employee training and development programs and/or regulatory compliance.
  • •Experience developing and administering employee training and development programs.
  • •Working knowledge of employment legislation, human rights, workplace investigations, and HR best practices.
  • •Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
