Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the full recruiting process for Werkstudenten and interns, from initial candidate search to final selection.
  • •Support executive members’ offices in identifying and selecting promising candidates.
  • •Partner with internal departments to conduct interviews and build a holistic understanding of practice areas.
  • •Serve as the primary contact for potential Werkstudenten and interns throughout the recruiting journey, ensuring clear communication.
  • •Participate in People & Culture projects and help implement AI solutions to optimize recruiting activities and the candidate experience.

Key Requirements

  • •You are currently enrolled as a student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or taking a gap year between studies.
  • •Fluent in English and conversational German is a must.
  • •You are enthusiastic about identifying and attracting top talent and can recognize good organizational fit.
  • •Ideally, you have prior People & Culture and Talent Acquisition experience from internships or working student roles.
  • •You can work in full-time (38 hours per week) and are available to start right away.
