Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with field operations and sales to deliver technical value and performance insights to customers.
  • •Provide post-sales technical support, including performance reviews, run analysis, and customer troubleshooting.
  • •Conduct detailed applications analysis to optimize bit selection and drilling performance.
  • •Approve drill bit repairs and ensure compliance with technical standards.
  • •Collaborate with Technology teams to support new product development, testing, and launch activities; document and communicate findings to internal stakeholders and customers.
