•Lead the operational delivery of Enterprise and OT network services across the APAC region to ensure safe, secure, and reliable performance.
•Manage strategic delivery partners and vendors, ensuring performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
•Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across operations, technology teams, business leaders, and external service providers.
•Drive operational excellence through standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement while meeting security, compliance, and governance requirements.
