Key Responsibilities

  • •Own safe 24/7 maintenance response, shift coverage, escalation, tier routines, and maintenance handover.
  • •Deliver uptime and maintenance KPIs including MTBF/MTTR, PM compliance, schedule compliance, and backlog/cost performance.
  • •Establish governance for breakdowns, emergency work, defect elimination, and return-to-service.
  • •Own CMMS governance, asset/BOM/task-list management, planning discipline, and shutdown readiness.
  • •Build and develop supervisors, engineers, planners, and technicians; own Opex/spare Capex, service contracts, and supplier performance.
