Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and drive execution of strategic security initiatives across Trust & Safety, Identity and Access Management, Security, and IT.
  • •Establish company-wide processes to identify, track, and resolve high-risk security issues and influence architecture and infrastructure decisions.
  • •Connect security infrastructure to platform services so identity, data lineage, and audit controls extend across structured, unstructured, and AI workloads.
  • •Resolve cross-organizational blockers with Director-, VP-, and C-suite engineering leaders while balancing technical tradeoffs and resource constraints.
  • •Mentor TPMs and elevate TPM operating mechanisms and standards for technical rigor and operational execution.

Salary: USD 189,800 - 256,160 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in technical program management, engineering program management, security program management, or equivalent technical leadership.
  • •Translate security, privacy, policy, and compliance objectives into technical strategy, architecture decisions, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
  • •Resolve conflicting priorities and resource constraints across cross-functional teams, establish engineering processes, and deliver complex multi-team roadmaps.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex technical strategies to executive engineering leaders.
