Full-Time Supervisor, Beyond Yoga- Bethesda, MD

Lead day-to-day store operations for Beyond Yoga as a manager on duty, driving process adoption, opening/closing, and resolution of customer concerns. Supervise and coach the team to deliver a strong selling culture and exceptional customer connection, while managing cash handling and merchandise operations. Track and strategize performance against KPIs, support new-hire onboarding, and partner with Home Office on local community events to build brand awareness.
