Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Product Owner and Project Managers to collate key updates and risks on multiple projects and communicate outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.
•Monitor and report productivity savings for each portfolio and initiative in coordination with cross-functional teams globally.
•Monitor monthly financials for each portfolio and project and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders.
•Operate independently with in-depth knowledge of the business unit and related areas, interacting with committees and senior management.
•Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Clarity to track information, prepare dashboards, and analyze project expenses and costs.

Key Requirements

•6 to 7 years of proven experience in Project Management within the capital markets domain.
•Strong analytical skills with logical reasoning to solve complex problems and support decision making.
•Expertise in financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
•Hands-on proficiency with project management and dashboarding tools like Accel DevOps, Clarity, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
