Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product Owner and Project Managers to collate key updates and risks on multiple projects and communicate outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • •Monitor and report productivity savings for each portfolio and initiative in coordination with cross-functional teams globally.
  • •Monitor monthly financials for each portfolio and project and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • •Operate independently with in-depth knowledge of the business unit and related areas, interacting with committees and senior management.
  • •Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Clarity to track information, prepare dashboards, and analyze project expenses and costs.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 7 years of proven experience in Project Management within the capital markets domain.
  • •Strong analytical skills with logical reasoning to solve complex problems and support decision making.
  • •Expertise in financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with project management and dashboarding tools like Accel DevOps, Clarity, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
