Job Summary

Operate heavy equipment for groundwork and construction, working in a utility capacity across site tasks as needs change. Follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety procedures, perform daily pre- and post-inspections, and help with construction/paving support duties such as shoveling, leveling materials, and traffic-control setup. Assist with minor equipment servicing, maintain compliance documentation, and support continuous site improvement under direction of site leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for groundwork and construction.
•Follow OSHA/MSHA and company safety requirements; complete daily equipment and site safety checks.
•Assist construction and paving crews with tasks such as shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow use, and safe truck backing/dumping into pavers.
•Assist with placement, moving, and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices.
•Perform minor equipment servicing/maintenance and pre- and post-inspections with required documentation.

Key Requirements
