Manage an Asset Based Lending (ABL) portfolio to protect overall credit quality through collateral monitoring, financial analysis, and risk mitigation while meeting operational and regulatory requirements. Partner with clients and internal teams to support ABL loan performance and revenue objectives, prepare credit documentation and reporting, and help manage problem loans within approved risk tolerances while developing junior talent.

•Manage and mitigate credit risk across ABL portfolio transactions, including collateral diligence and monitoring.
•Prepare on-time credit documentation (amendment memos, trend cards, problem loan reports) and maintain risk ratings, financial spreads, and credit files.
•Adhere to Truist policies, processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
•Restructure and manage problem loans with input from risk partners within approved risk tolerances.
•Partner with originations, structuring, legal, compliance, and risk teams to align objectives, execute strategy, and develop junior talent.
