•Develop/implement sourcing and cost management strategies for capital equipment and production consumables, collaborating with key internal stakeholders
•Understand technical aspects of production equipment to identify opportunities for cost, space, and process optimization
•Use data analytics to identify and realize process-related opportunities and improvements
•Manage project budgets and Total Cost of Ownership, including funding requests and capital plans
•Build relationships across teams and with suppliers to drive consensus, onboard new suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery

•Advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in Engineering, Purchasing, or Operations (or a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years; or 11+ years in one or more of the listed areas)
•Experience in capital equipment purchases and production consumables

•Experience in contract negotiation, budgeting, and cost control including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
