Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently under general supervision.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with company policy and government regulations.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and connecting/disconnecting hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery, controlling and monitoring all load-out functions.
  • •Maintain quality and complete maintenance and housekeeping tasks, including daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and safety reporting/record keeping.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
