Job Summary

Lead and grow a portfolio delivery team of technical AI specialists deploying Agentforce solutions in complex enterprise customer environments. Own capacity planning, staffing, and engineering standards while unblocking escalations and accelerating delivery from sketch to production. Serve as the final technical escalation point with deep architectural judgment across the Salesforce ecosystem, LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration. Partner with Product and Engineering on pilots and roadmap feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate delivery teams by owning capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing to deploy Agentforce at enterprise scale.
•Recruit, mentor, and develop Technical and Strategic Builders, driving technical excellence and production-quality delivery.
•Monitor delivery metrics, optimize execution velocity, and manage complex customer escalations to move from sketch to deployable in weeks.
•Act as ultimate technical authority for the portfolio, providing architectural judgment across the Salesforce platform, LLM techniques, data pipelines, and agentic orchestration.
•Drive Agentforce adoption and portfolio performance by leading executive relationships and partnering with Services, Account Success, and Product to move customers from pilot to production.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership steering cross-functional engineering or technical teams, including hiring and scaling technical talent.
•Deep architectural understanding of AI and LLMs, plus hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation, data modeling, API integration, and AI deployments.
•Direct, hands-on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform.
•Strong enterprise customer focus with executive-level communication and influence skills.
•A ship-it mindset with exceptional problem-solving and resourcefulness.
