Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare wafers for experimentation, including cleaning and reactor preparation.
  • •Operate reactors to perform thin film processes and maintain throughput.
  • •Prepare coupon samples and optimize sample prep procedures and conditions, including cut location selection based on instructions.
  • •Operate metrology tools and evaluate wafers/thin films; record conditions and summarize results in graphs and tables.
  • •Perform routine maintenance and shut down/setup procedures; coordinate instrument repair, order equipment/supplies, and interface with requestors to understand requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical Diploma.
  • •2-4 years of experience.
  • •Ability to work in a clean room using appropriate PPE (coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, face shields).
  • •Ability to perform physical requirements including extensive walking/standing, bending/squatting, reaching, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
  • •Ability to distinguish between colors and work with electricity in a noisy environment.
