Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive administrative services including office management, time management, and diary management with appointments and meetings.
  • •Produce executive documentation (reports, presentations, and responses) and manage telephone/correspondence services, routing items to the right personnel.
  • •Establish and maintain records and filing systems, maintain inventory and office supplies, and anticipate office needs.
  • •Manage executive schedules, coordinate meeting and conference details, and organize meetings including venue arrangements, invitations, memos, reports, and minutes.
  • •Act as a focal point for screening callers and visitors, greet delegates, coordinate safety briefing and security passes, and liaise with senior internal/external contacts to facilitate communication.
