Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead NPI strategy and execution for AI rack products from concept through sustained production, including manufacturing readiness, qualification, and deployment roadmaps.

  • •Provide expert guidance on advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled operational improvements; develop technical standards and best practices.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to coordinate executive-level program communications, deployment risks, mitigation plans, and decision-making across global organizations.
  • •Champion AI-driven solutions and data-driven decisions to improve NPI deployment quality, efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an engineering/manufacturing/electrical/computer engineering discipline (or related technical field).
  • •12+ years of engineering, manufacturing, operations, new product introduction, or technology deployment experience.
  • •Experience leading complex infrastructure/server/data center/AI/enterprise technology deployments from concept through production.
  • •Strong technical leadership to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution across global organizations.
  • •Experience with manufacturing readiness, product industrialization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
