  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures for company and contractor roles.
  • •Coordinate development and implementation of project WBS and CBS with project lead, cost engineer, and contractor project controls leads.
  • •Promote and maintain integration and integrity of contractor schedules across the program suite of project schedules.
  • •Perform critical path analysis, probabilistic analysis, and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole.
  • •Prepare integrated planning/scheduling contributions to monthly project reports and support onsite progress measurement and billing verification.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience with schedule management.
  • •Ability to lead, coordinate, and organize schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports.
  • •Expert experience level using project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P3, P5, P6), Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop working relationships with the project team.
  • •Desire to work outside the core function and support the onsite team when needed.
