Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, draft, and negotiate agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal/ethical standards
  • •Lead contract services requests across Business Units in the Americas World Area
  • •Serve as Contracts Lead on complex international and multi-BU project contracts and complex frame agreements
  • •Advise during the approval process to help business owners secure appropriate approvals
  • •Interface with customers, legal teams, and stakeholders to bring deals to closure and direct outside counsel on routine matters

Key Requirements
