Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Quality, EHS and APQP activities during new business launches.
•Interpret customer Quality and EHS requirements and ensure integration into the proposed solution.
•Ensure ISO management systems are implemented and prepared for certification within 12 months from start of production.
•Co-ordinate safety aspects including risk assessments, safety planning and safety training for new projects.
•Administer APQP & PFEP documentation and maintain ISO documentation and controls.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain or Business focus
•Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and related standards
•Knowledge of APQP processes and tools (flow charts, FMEA, Control Plans)
•Flexibility to travel 50-80% of the time across the region
•Languages – Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages advantageous
