Key Responsibilities

•Assemble electromechanical devices per prints and router instructions using fixtures, machines, presses, and hand tools.
•Cut and route wires to connect electrical units and test wire assemblies for resistance, shorts, and grounds using ohmmeter or resistance tester.
•Stake units, adjust springs and shafts to meet specifications.
•Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by the Department Manager.
•Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to company safety policies.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•5+ years of work experience within a manufacturing setting servicing electronics component, industrial, and/or aerospace markets.
•Ability to read prints and routers and assemble electromechanical devices accordingly.
•Proficient with fixtures, machines, presses, and hand tools; ability to cut and route wires and test assemblies with ohmmeter or resistance tester.
•Strong safety awareness, dependability, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
