Job Summary

Plan, organize, and direct individual and group life enrichment programs for Primrose residents to support their social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs. Promote programs and track participation, design engaging activities based on resident interests, and maintain a monthly calendar and schedules. Handle resident acknowledgements, manage supplies and budget oversight, and ensure programs meet applicable state and federal requirements while working flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

•Adhere to and convey the Life Enrichment philosophy that supports residents’ dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality.
•Lead and oversee individual and group programs daily, encouraging and tracking resident participation.
•Design creative, engaging programs based on residents’ needs and interests.
•Plan and maintain a monthly calendar and distribute monthly Life Enrichment schedules to residents.
•Manage supplies and oversee the Life Enrichment budget while ensuring programs meet state, federal, and other regulations.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent is required.
•Rec Therapist, COTA, or education and/or experience in teaching or nursing is preferred.

•Excellent English oral and written communication, plus strong organizational and time management skills.
•Minimum of one year working with senior populations is preferred; flexible hours are required.
