Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform physical inventory audits, including inspection of motor vehicles and investigation/reconciliation of missing vehicles.
  • •Review dealership files and records and verify compliance with Ally’s financing arrangement terms and risk guidelines.
  • •Relay identified risks to Ally operations and promptly escalate any non-compliant matters to the appropriate business unit leader.
  • •Communicate effectively with dealership personnel, third parties, and Ally teammates; travel daily to and from dealerships.
  • •Complete accurate time/expense reporting and ensure all required training, documentation, and system updates are completed, including information security standards compliance.

Key Requirements
