•Drive architecture decisions for cloud-native distributed systems (microservices, event-driven systems, REST APIs) with a security-first mindset.
•Enforce security practices across the SDLC, including threat modeling, secure coding standards, and vulnerability management.
•Lead adoption of an AI-augmented software development lifecycle (AI-SDLC) with spec-driven development using agentic AI.
•Manage people initiatives including 1:1s, mentorship, recruiting, and running talent reviews and salary assessments.
