Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure requested repairs (reactive, proactive, and pre-planned) are completed to the required standard within SLA deadlines.
  • •Manage your own workflow while coordinating with the team when necessary.
  • •Take responsibility for Health & Safety of yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
  • •Purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only.
  • •Support out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis for 24/7 emergency cover.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous maintenance experience in a related field such as joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting, or decorating.
  • •Ability to manage your own workflow and work effectively within a team when required.
  • •Full UK driving licence must be held and you must be willing and able to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK.
  • •Strong commitment to Health & Safety for yourself and all users of the property during and after works.
  • •Experience purchasing and managing materials using a company account card with approved suppliers.
