Key Responsibilities

•Work with regional sales teams to convert prospects to customers
•Prepare and deliver bespoke technical product demonstrations at client meetings, webinars, and events using compelling storylines
•Deliver product messaging to highlight Freshworks value through whiteboard and slide presentations, proof of concept management, and RFP responses
•Respond to functional and technical customer questions and requirements and analyze interactions between Freshworks and the customer’s infrastructure
•Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product management, client services) to execute sales strategy and train sales teams on products and features

Key Requirements

•Native-level English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus
•5+ years of relevant experience in technical solution engineering in ITIL/ITSM or SaaS/software product environments
•Experience in SaaS or technology product organizations with ITSM/ITIL methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure
•Excellent senior stakeholder communication skills (including with CXOs) and internal communication
•Experience handling complex sales cycles in mid-market and enterprise segments
