Key Responsibilities

  • •Own critical taskforces and take ownership of critical initiatives for process integration programs.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical teams to execute new technology node yield roadmaps and support yield ramp-up.
  • •Collaborate closely with process engineering, equipment team, technology development, and local yield teams to improve new technology.
  • •Mentor and guide team members, fostering continuous learning and career development.
  • •Develop technical roadmaps, deepen understanding of structures/devices and their impact on manufacturability, cost, and quality; identify process improvement opportunities aligned with product requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in advanced memory or logic node with detailed semiconductor integration knowledge, including interaction of processes and metrology.
  • •Knowledge of process engineering including lithography, dry etch, wet etch, CMP, thin film, diffusion, and implantation.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex technical projects with timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • •Ability to drive cross-functional technical teams and complete complex projects.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated interpersonal skills for influencing and collaborating with multi-functional, multi-cultural teams.
