Key Responsibilities

  • •Fabricate parts from steel, aluminum, and cast metals according to blueprint specifications.
  • •Set up, operate, and perform periodic maintenance on machines including the shear, Finn Power, Prima, press brakes/benders, and Trump Laser.
  • •Follow safety and site policies, including proper PPE use and performing 5S duties.
  • •Maintain job progress, communicate concerns, and complete root cause analysis for quality or production issues.
  • •Ensure quality by measuring finished parts with tape measure and/or calipers, performing visual inspections, identifying nonconforming parts, and troubleshooting errors.

Key Requirements

  • •No relocation benefit is offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of El Paso, TX.
  • •Preferred experience includes sheet metal fabrication with punch and bend tooling and processes, plus reading blueprints and using measuring devices.
