Corporate Lawyer II

Manage complex business and bad faith litigation and arbitration matters from inception through resolution. Develop case strategy, perform risk analysis, and plan discovery, motions, settlement posture, and trial/appeal considerations. Supervise outside counsel and ensure reporting and budget alignment. Provide business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders and keep leadership informed with clear, timely matter updates, exposure analysis, and recommended next steps.
