•Define and implement Bose’s global real estate strategy and governance to align portfolio investments with business growth, workforce priorities, and financial objectives.
•Advise executives on portfolio optimization, market expansion, consolidations, and real estate implications of M&A.
•Translate business demand into scalable portfolio, occupancy, and workplace solutions using data-driven insights and financial analysis.
•Lead end-to-end real estate lifecycle for a 1.8M+ sq ft portfolio including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and dispositions.
•Build and lead a global Real Estate, Workplace Services, Facilities, and EHS organization with a focus on safety, resilience, and employee experience.
