Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver consulting projects in the commercial and corporate banking space, managing project structures, implementation of consulting services, and client business targets.
  • •Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs across African markets and identify opportunities for consulting assignments.
  • •Partner with Visa VCS teams to identify go-to-market synergies, support deal pitches and presentations, and coordinate with regional leaders on consulting activity plans.
  • •Develop consulting project pitches and secure new and re-engagement assignments via a consultative sales approach.
  • •Lead knowledge sharing across regions and serve as a reference for corporate and commercial banking advisory topics.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree such as Masters/MBA/JD/MD, or 3+ years with a PhD).
  • •At least 10 years of overall experience including at least 5 years of solid consulting experience in primary strategy or management consulting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •At least 10+ years track record delivering complex strategy projects for large clients end-to-end, including strong client engagement and public speaking.
  • •Proficiency with Generative and Agentic AI (trends and use cases) plus advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
